Training Videos Not Playing or Playback issues

All of our training videos have been extensively tested so they should work fine as your computer is up to date.

If your computer is not running an up to date browser and has the right playback scripts installed you may have issues with our videos.  To fix any playback issues, we recommend the following:

- Clear your browser cache, cookies and temporary files. This can normally be done using the options in the “Tools” or “Preferences” menus depending on your browser

- Check your browser is running the latest version. Older browsers can sometimes cause issues with our videos.  You can check this at

- If possible, we recommend using either Firefox or Google Chrome for the optimal web browsing experience

- Check that your computer is running the latest version of the Adobe Flash Video Player.  You can download this here:

Normally these issues are caused by a local issue on your computer or with your ISP and can be fixed by the above changes.
